While custom home building is our foundation, we also take on renovations and additions, bringing the same care and craftsmanship to every project.
The Founder
Mike Harrington
In 1996, Mike Harrington laid his first foundation in Austin, Texas. He set out to build homes the way they should be built: with integrity, with care, and with a family's name behind every nail.
Three decades later, Mike still walks every job site. His standards haven't changed. His attention to detail hasn't wavered. The only thing that's grown is the family working alongside him.
The Next Generation
Reed & Ryan Harrington
Reed and Ryan didn't just inherit the business; they grew up in it. From sweeping job sites as kids to managing complex custom builds as men, they've lived every phase of construction from the ground up.
Today, they work side by side with their father, blending decades of proven methods with modern building innovation. Together, they ensure every Harrington home carries the same promise Mike made on day one: we build it like it's our own.
Forever in Our Hearts
Ryder Harrington
Ryder was the youngest Harrington brother, and he was every bit a part of this team. He worked alongside his father and brothers with the same fire, the same pride, and the same love for building something real.
At just 19 years old, Ryder was tragically taken from us in a senseless act of violence in downtown Austin. His loss changed our family forever, but his spirit is woven into the foundation of everything we build.
In his memory, our family established the Ryder Harrington Foundation, because the light Ryder brought into this world deserves to keep shining.
